Job Description

Role Overview – AdMedia is looking for an experienced Product Manager with minimum 5+ years of experience in the travel domain to build rewards and loyalty programs for consumer-facing digital products. This remote position is ideal for product professionals with 5 to 8 years of experience who can own product vision, design reward systems, and drive engagement and retention through data-driven loyalty initiatives.

Product Vision and Roadmap Ownership – You will own the product vision and roadmap, defining strategic direction, setting priorities, identifying opportunities, and creating comprehensive plans that guide product development and align with business objectives. Your vision leadership ensures loyalty programs deliver meaningful value to users while supporting company growth.

Reward Structure Design – You will design and optimize reward structures, points systems, and redemption journeys that engage users effectively. Your design work involves determining reward values, creating compelling earn-and-burn mechanics, optimizing redemption experiences, balancing user value with business economics, and ensuring reward programs drive desired behaviors and long-term loyalty.

Cross-Functional Collaboration – You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable features. Effective collaboration ensures product initiatives are technically feasible, meet user needs, align with brand strategy, and are executed successfully from concept through launch.

Data-Driven Optimization – You will use data and insights to drive engagement, retention, and LTV (Lifetime Value). Your analytical approach involves defining key metrics, analyzing user behavior, conducting A/B tests, identifying optimization opportunities, measuring feature impact, and making evidence-based decisions that continuously improve loyalty program performance.

Feature Development and Delivery – You will oversee feature development from conception through delivery, creating detailed requirements, prioritizing backlogs, managing development sprints, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating launches that bring loyalty capabilities to market effectively.

Stakeholder Management – You will manage stakeholders across various functions and levels, communicating product strategy, gathering requirements, aligning on priorities, managing expectations, presenting results, and building consensus that enables successful product execution.

User Journey Optimization – You will optimize user journeys across loyalty experiences, ensuring seamless integration with travel booking flows, intuitive interfaces, clear value communication, and frictionless redemption processes that maximize user satisfaction and program participation.

Product Management Experience – 5+ years of product management experience is mandatory, with 5 to 8 years being the target range. Your substantial experience should demonstrate progressive responsibility, successful product launches, and proven ability to manage complex products from strategy through execution.

Travel Domain Expertise – Strong experience in the Travel domain including Flights, Hotels, OTAs (Online Travel Agencies), or Travel Apps is required. Understanding travel user journeys, booking behaviors, price sensitivity, decision factors, and industry dynamics enables you to design loyalty programs that resonate with travel consumers.

Rewards and Loyalty Experience – Hands-on experience with rewards or loyalty-based products is essential. You should have designed or managed loyalty mechanics, understood reward economics, optimized engagement tactics, and demonstrated success in building programs that drive retention and user value.
