Job Description
Korn Ferry is looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Project Coordinator to join its team and support the delivery of small to medium-sized client projects while assisting Project Managers on larger global engagements. As the world's leading organisational consulting and executive search firm, Korn Ferry partners with the world's most forward-thinking companies to synchronise strategy, operations, and talent, and drive lasting performance. This is a meaningful opportunity for a bilingual professional with a background in project or account management who is ready to play a central role in keeping complex, client-facing engagements on track.
In this role, you will create and maintain project plans by monitoring progression across all workstreams, coordinating project deliverables within scope, and flagging staffing needs to relevant stakeholders. You will review and monitor project financials, track expenses, trigger timely invoice requests, and enter project forecasts as directed, while compiling budget and status reports as needed. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients on owned projects, you will manage all project-related communications and inquiries with professionalism and clarity. You will serve as the key liaison for participants, faculty, coaches, and third-party vendors, support delivery logistics including platforms, instruments, and results management, and drive preparation, agendas, and meeting notes for client-facing sessions. Supporting Project Managers on larger engagements will also be a core part of your contribution.
The ideal candidate brings two to four years of experience in project or account management, with a solid understanding of business operations and effective management practices. You have an aptitude for financial and mathematical concepts, are proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and are comfortable learning complex internal software platforms. Experience with project management tools or SAP is a plus, and a background in a training or consulting firm focused on people performance improvement will be viewed as a meaningful advantage. Fluency in both German at C1 or C2 level and English is required for this role. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or a related field is highly preferred.
Korn Ferry offers the opportunity to contribute to a globally recognised firm that works with 80 percent of the Drucker Institute's top-performing companies and operates across more than 100 offices in over 50 countries. You will be part of a collaborative, inclusive environment that values diverse perspectives and supports professionals in delivering meaningful impact for clients around the world.
