About the Role

MetaLabs Tech is seeking a skilled and dynamic Project Manager to join our remote team and drive software projects to successful completion. This commission-based remote position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced project management professional to earn based on performance while enjoying complete flexibility in working hours. You'll be responsible for managing end-to-end software development projects, coordinating with development teams, designers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery. Your role will involve creating project plans, defining scope, timelines, and deliverables, leading project meetings and maintaining clear communication across all parties, and monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing solutions proactively. You'll manage client expectations, provide regular updates, and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle while overseeing budget management and resource allocation. The ideal candidate combines strong technical understanding with exceptional leadership abilities, has proven experience working with software companies, and excels at managing complex projects in fast-paced environments where communication and organization are critical to success.

What We're Looking For

We need a project management professional with strong communication and leadership skills who can effectively manage teams and stakeholders across different time zones. You must have a solid technical understanding, preferably in software development, tech projects, or IT services, enabling you to grasp technical requirements and communicate effectively with development teams. Proven experience in managing software projects from initiation to delivery is essential, along with a track record of successfully leading project teams and meeting deadlines. The ideal candidate possesses excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, can handle multiple projects simultaneously, and maintains attention to detail under pressure. Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com) is highly valued. You should be self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a commission-based structure where your earnings reflect your performance. Strong problem-solving skills, client management experience, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment are crucial for this role.
