Role Overview – iDevify Solutions is seeking a passionate Python Developer Intern for a remote position. This internship opportunity is ideal for aspiring Python developers who are eager to learn and gain hands-on experience by working on real-world projects with expert guidance. The internship duration is several months, offering valuable practical experience in Python development.

Python Application Development – You will assist in developing, testing, and maintaining Python applications by contributing to application features, implementing functionality based on requirements, writing Python scripts and modules, participating in application development lifecycle, supporting senior developers in coding tasks, and gaining practical experience in building real-world Python applications.

Clean Code Development – You will write clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code following best practices and coding standards. You will learn to structure code properly, use meaningful variable and function names, implement proper indentation and formatting, add comments and documentation, follow PEP 8 style guidelines, and develop professional coding habits that produce readable and maintainable code.

Testing and Quality Assurance – You will participate in testing activities including writing unit tests, performing manual testing, identifying bugs and issues, validating functionality, testing edge cases, ensuring code quality, documenting test results, and learning quality assurance practices that ensure application reliability.

Debugging and Troubleshooting – You will debug and troubleshoot application issues by analyzing error messages, identifying root causes of problems, using debugging tools and techniques, fixing bugs in code, testing solutions, learning systematic troubleshooting approaches, and developing problem-solving skills essential for software development.

Web Framework Experience – You will work with web frameworks like Django or Flask at a basic level, learn framework fundamentals, assist in building web applications, implement routes and views, work with templates, handle HTTP requests and responses, understand MVC/MVT patterns, and gain exposure to web development using popular Python frameworks.

Database Interaction – You will interact with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQLite by writing database queries, performing CRUD operations (Create, Read, Update, Delete), working with ORMs (Object-Relational Mapping), understanding database schemas, learning SQL basics, managing data persistence, and gaining experience in database integration with Python applications.

API Development and Integration – You will assist with API development and integration including working with RESTful APIs, understanding API endpoints, handling JSON data, making API requests using libraries like requests, testing API functionality, learning API authentication basics, and gaining exposure to API-driven application development.
