Job Description
CQ Partners is looking for a strategic, data-driven, and people-focused Sales Advisor to join its team on a fully remote, salary plus commission basis. As a growth partner for Private Practices, ENT Practices, Hospitals, and Universities across the hearing healthcare industry, CQ Partners works with high-achieving hearing healthcare providers who strive for excellence in patient care, professional development, and practice profitability, supporting a community of more than 1,000 growth-minded members. This is a critical role focused on executing and tracking specialty sales initiatives including the CQ Partners Upgrade programme, IRIS+, Loans, Equipment Co-Ops, Department of Corrections, and other designated programmes that drive company and customer growth.
In this role, you will formalise, implement, and operationalise specialty initiatives and Account Manager development in provider-facing interactions, establishing structure, cadence, deliverables, and measurable outcomes under the direction of the VP of Specialty Sales. You will plan and execute cross-functional processes with internal departments, Account Managers, and clients to ensure measurable success across all specialty initiatives and coaching engagements. You will facilitate executive and team-based coaching sessions with practice owners, providers, and front-office leaders to support performance, accountability, and engagement, and monitor, quantify, and analyse data from all initiatives to surface insights and recommendations for management and leadership. Guiding goal setting, forecasting, and performance planning for individual projects, teams, and Account Managers, applying creative problem-solving approaches, and evaluating processes, programmes, and leadership behaviours to recommend refinements that improve effectiveness and results will all be central to your contribution.
The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, strategic mindset, emotional intelligence, and the organisational discipline to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, conflict resolution and problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to gather and interpret data are all essential. High proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is required. You are self-motivated, adaptable, and a genuine team player who can motivate others while holding yourself and your stakeholders accountable. For remote working, you will need a reliable and secure home internet connection, a dedicated and quiet workspace, and sufficient setup for laptop, monitors, keyboard, and mouse.
CQ Partners offers a competitive salary plus commission structure alongside the opportunity to contribute to a trusted industry growth partner that genuinely makes a difference for hearing healthcare providers and the patients they serve.
