Role Overview – Amuse Tech Solutions is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our global team and drive B2B tech sales across international markets. This remote/work-from-home opportunity is ideal for sales professionals with 2+ years of experience who can work with cutting-edge technology, build relationships with clients worldwide, and operate on New York time zone.

Quote and Proposal Development – You will prepare professional quotes, proposals, and presentations for global clients, develop customized pricing structures, create compelling sales proposals that address client needs, prepare technical specifications and commercial terms, format professional presentations, coordinate proposal development with technical teams, and deliver persuasive proposals that win business from international clients.
Product Research and Solution Recommendation – You will research technology products and solutions, understand product features and capabilities, analyze client requirements and business challenges, recommend tailored solutions that address customer needs, configure product combinations, provide technical guidance on product selection, compare competitive offerings, and position solutions that deliver maximum value to clients.

B2B Tech Sales Execution – You will drive B2B technology sales by prospecting new business opportunities, qualifying leads, conducting sales presentations, demonstrating product capabilities, addressing client objections, negotiating terms and pricing, closing deals effectively, and achieving sales targets in competitive technology markets across global regions.

Upselling and Account Growth – You will identify upselling opportunities within existing accounts, recommend additional products and services, expand account relationships, introduce complementary solutions, maximize customer lifetime value, drive revenue growth from current client base, and build long-term partnerships that support recurring business.

Client Relationship Management – You will build and maintain strong relationships with global clients, understand client business objectives and technology needs, serve as trusted advisor, provide ongoing support and consultations, coordinate with customer success teams, ensure client satisfaction, generate referrals, and cultivate partnerships that support sustained business growth.

Global Market Engagement – You will engage with clients across international markets, navigate cultural differences in business communication, adapt sales approaches to different regions, coordinate across time zones, understand regional market dynamics, communicate effectively with English-speaking customers worldwide, and drive sales success in diverse global markets.

Sales Pipeline Management – You will manage sales pipeline using CRM systems, track opportunities from prospecting through closing, maintain accurate forecasts, update opportunity stages, document client interactions, monitor sales metrics, analyze pipeline health, and provide transparent visibility into sales activities and expected revenue.

Technical Sales Support – You will provide technical sales support by explaining product specifications, conducting technical demonstrations, coordinating proof-of-concept activities, working with pre-sales engineers when needed, answering technical questions, bridging technical and business discussions, and ensuring clients understand how solutions meet their technical requirements.
