Job Description

Role Overview – Alethe Labs India Pvt Ltd is urgently looking for experienced and dynamic Sales Managers with 3 to 10 years of experience selling industrial software, automation solutions, digital solutions, or customized software solutions to Oil & Gas Industries, PSUs, Energy and Power sectors. This remote position (2 openings available) is ideal for sales professionals with strong industry networks, proven problem-solving abilities, and expertise in technology-driven solution sales.

Lead Generation – You will generate sales leads from Oil & Gas industries, PSUs (Public Sector Undertakings), Energy, and Power sectors by identifying potential clients, prospecting key accounts, leveraging industry contacts, attending industry events, and building a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities in target markets.

Solution Sales – You will handle marketing and sales of technology-driven solutions within Oil & Gas, PSU, Energy, and Power industries. Your solution selling involves understanding complex client challenges, positioning software and automation products effectively, and demonstrating how Alethe Labs' solutions address specific industry needs.

Technical Collaboration – You will collaborate closely with the Technical Team to deliver software and automation products as per customer requirements. Effective collaboration ensures proposed solutions are technically feasible, properly scoped, and aligned with client specifications.

Strategic Development – You will work with business units to develop competitive product, service, and commercial strategies. Your strategic input helps position offerings competitively, identify market opportunities, and create winning approaches in competitive bid situations.

Customer Relationship Management – You will build and maintain strong customer relationships through product demos, site visits, and online meetings. Strong relationships built on trust and demonstrated value lead to repeat business, referrals, and long-term partnerships.

Strategic Decision-Making – You will participate in strategic decision-making to drive business growth. Your market insights, customer feedback, and sales expertise inform strategic decisions about product development, market focus, and growth initiatives.

Client Needs Assessment – You will understand client needs deeply and offer tailor-made solutions to meet their requirements. Customized approaches that address specific client challenges differentiate Alethe Labs and increase win rates.

Experience Requirement – 3 to 10 years of sales experience is required, specifically in selling industrial software, automation solutions, digital solutions, or customized software solutions to Oil & Gas Industries, PSUs, Energy, and Power sectors.

Communication Skills – Strong communication skills for presenting solutions, conducting demos, coordinating with teams, and engaging with senior decision-makers are important for success in this consultative sales role.
