Role Overview – BSapphire is looking for a skilled and solution-oriented Salesforce Developer – Health Cloud to support the development, customization, and improvement of Salesforce solutions in a remote working environment. The role will focus on building scalable Salesforce functionality, working with Health Cloud capabilities, integrating business processes, and collaborating with technical and business teams to deliver reliable solutions that meet organizational needs.

Salesforce Development – Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce solutions based on business requirements. Build functionality that is reliable, scalable, and aligned with established development practices.

Health Cloud Development – Work with Salesforce Health Cloud features and workflows to support healthcare-related business processes. Develop solutions that improve how information, workflows, and user interactions are managed within the platform.

Apex Development – Create and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and other server-side solutions where custom development is required. Ensure code is structured, maintainable, and designed to support long-term system performance.

Lightning Development – Develop and enhance Salesforce Lightning components and user interfaces to provide efficient and intuitive experiences for users.

Salesforce Configuration – Configure Salesforce functionality, objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, permissions, and other platform features according to approved business requirements. 

Integration Development – Support integrations between Salesforce and external applications or systems. Work with APIs and integration processes to ensure information can move accurately between connected platforms.

Data Management – Assist with Salesforce data structures, data quality, imports, updates, and related processes. Help ensure information is organized accurately and remains reliable for business use.

Business Requirements – Work with business and functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into practical Salesforce solutions. Ask relevant questions and clarify workflows before development begins.

Testing & Debugging – Test developed functionality, identify defects, troubleshoot technical issues, and make appropriate corrections before solutions are released to users.

Performance & Scalability – Develop solutions with long-term performance and scalability in mind. Review existing functionality and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reliability, and maintainability.

Deployment Support – Assist with the movement of Salesforce changes between development, testing, and production environments. Follow appropriate deployment and release procedures to minimize disruption.

Documentation – Maintain clear technical documentation covering Salesforce customizations, development work, integrations, configurations, and relevant system processes.

Security & Access – Support appropriate Salesforce security practices, including user access, permissions, profiles, roles, and data visibility. Handle sensitive information responsibly and follow established security procedures.

Issue Resolution – Investigate Salesforce-related issues reported by users or internal teams. Analyze problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions while minimizing disruption to business operations.

Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with Salesforce administrators, business analysts, project teams, QA professionals, and other technical stakeholders to deliver solutions effectively.

Continuous Improvement – Review existing Salesforce functionality and recommend practical improvements that can simplify processes, improve user experience, and make better use of Salesforce capabilities.

Remote Collaboration – Work effectively with distributed teams using remote communication and collaboration tools. Maintain clear updates, manage development tasks independently, and meet agreed project timelines.
