Excel Nearshore is looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join its growing remote team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Salesforce professional who is passionate about building scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that drive business success. You will work alongside talented cross-functional teams in a collaborative Agile environment while contributing to innovative Salesforce projects for global clients.

In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex while creating efficient and scalable solutions that align with Salesforce best practices. You will develop Lightning Web Components, build responsive user interfaces, create and consume REST and SOAP APIs for integrations, optimize SOQL and SOSL queries, and ensure applications meet security, performance, and scalability standards. You will also participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, deployment activities, and technical documentation while collaborating closely with administrators, business analysts, QA engineers, and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with the Salesforce Platform and possesses excellent knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce architecture. You should have experience building integrations, implementing Salesforce security models, writing comprehensive unit tests, and working with Agile development methodologies. Experience with Salesforce Field Service, Salesforce DX, Git, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Platform Events, Flow, and Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or II will be considered a strong advantage.
