Role Overview – Runmap Global is hiring a Salesforce Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Service Cloud and ServiceMax for a fully remote, full-time or contract role. This position is ideal for experienced Salesforce developers with hands-on technical configuration skills, development experience in Apex and LWC, and the ability to work independently to design, implement, and enhance Salesforce solutions for field service operations.

Service Cloud Solution Design and Implementation – You will design and implement solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud by understanding business requirements, architecting technical solutions, configuring Service Cloud features (cases, knowledge base, omni-channel routing, service console), and delivering robust customer service and support platforms.

ServiceMax Configuration and Customization – You will configure and customize ServiceMax modules for field service operations by implementing work order management, scheduling and dispatch, mobile field service, asset management, and inventory tracking, and by tailoring ServiceMax functionality to support field service workflows and business processes.

Apex and LWC Development – You will develop and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch Apex) and Lightning Web Components (LWC) by writing custom code, building reusable components, implementing business logic, and creating dynamic user interfaces that meet functional and technical requirements.

Automation and Process Configuration – You will implement automation, validation rules, and approval processes by configuring Flow Builder, Process Builder, validation rules, workflow rules, and approval workflows to automate business processes, enforce data quality, and streamline operations across Service Cloud and ServiceMax.

Integration Development and Management – You will manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems by developing REST/SOAP APIs, implementing middleware solutions, configuring integration patterns, and ensuring seamless data exchange between Salesforce, ServiceMax, ERP systems, and third-party applications.
