Role Overview – Tachyon Technologies is hiring a SAP Basis HANA Consultant for a full-time, remote position serving clients across the United States. This position is ideal for accomplished SAP professionals with strong Basis administration expertise, HANA database mastery, and the ability to manage SAP systems effectively, optimize performance, ensure availability, support upgrades, provide technical guidance, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic SAP consulting organization.

SAP Basis Administration Leadership – You will lead SAP Basis administration by managing systems, setting standards, implementing best practices, and driving excellence. You will oversee comprehensive SAP infrastructure supporting client operations. You should provide SAP Basis leadership and expertise.

SAP System Management – You will manage SAP systems by maintaining operations, ensuring availability, monitoring performance, and supporting reliability. You will keep systems running smoothly and efficiently. You should manage SAP systems strategically.

HANA Database Administration – You will administer HANA databases by managing systems, optimizing performance, ensuring backup, and supporting operations. You will maintain robust HANA systems. You should be expert in HANA administration.

HANA Performance Optimization – You will optimize HANA performance by analyzing metrics, identifying bottlenecks, implementing improvements, and measuring impact. You will enhance system performance and efficiency. You should optimize HANA performance.

HANA Backup and Recovery – You will manage HANA backup and recovery by developing strategies, implementing procedures, testing recovery, and ensuring data protection. You will protect critical data and support business continuity. You should manage backup and recovery.

System Patching and Upgrades – You will manage system patching by planning updates, applying patches, testing changes, and ensuring stability. You will keep systems current and secure. You should manage patching procedures.

SAP ERP System Administration – You will administer SAP ERP systems by maintaining operations, managing configurations, supporting users, and ensuring reliability. You will support ERP functionality and stability. You should manage ERP systems.

SAP NetWeaver Administration – You will administer SAP NetWeaver by managing infrastructure, maintaining stability, supporting operations, and ensuring functionality. You will support application platform operations. You should understand NetWeaver administration.
