Role Overview – ByteSense is hiring SAP Integration Consultants with 5+ years of experience for freelance/contract positions based in the Philippines working Asia shift hours. This remote role is ideal for experienced SAP integration professionals who can lead design, development, testing, and deployment of SAP integration solutions while working independently and delivering results in a remote setup.

Integration Solution Leadership – You will lead design, development, testing, and deployment of SAP integration solutions that connect SAP systems with third-party applications. Your leadership responsibilities include defining integration architecture, making technical decisions, overseeing implementation quality, and ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with business requirements.

SAP Integration Implementation – You will implement and configure integration scenarios using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), SAP PI/PO, SAP API Management, or related technologies. Your implementation work involves building integration flows, configuring mappings, setting up communication channels, deploying solutions, and ensuring integrations function reliably in production environments.

System Integration – You will integrate SAP ERP/S/4HANA with third-party systems including CRM platforms, E-commerce solutions, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), third-party logistics providers (3PL), and other external applications. Your integration work enables seamless data exchange and process automation across the enterprise technology landscape.

Technical Design and Documentation – You will support requirement gathering, create technical designs, and develop comprehensive solution documentation. Your documentation ensures integration approaches are clearly defined, implementation is guided effectively, and knowledge is captured for maintenance and future enhancements.

Troubleshooting and Optimization – You will troubleshoot, optimize, and support existing interfaces and integration flows. Your support work involves diagnosing issues, analyzing performance, identifying root causes, implementing fixes, and continuously improving integration efficiency and reliability.

Stakeholder Collaboration – You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and external vendors to ensure integration solutions meet business needs. Effective collaboration involves understanding requirements, managing expectations, coordinating across teams, and delivering solutions that provide business value.

Technical Guidance and Best Practices – You will provide technical guidance and best practices for integration architecture and governance. Your expertise helps establish standards, promotes reusability, ensures security, and builds organizational capability in SAP integration.

Quality Delivery – You will ensure quality delivery within agreed timelines and freelance contract terms. Meeting commitments, maintaining standards, and delivering reliable solutions are essential for client satisfaction and contract success.

SAP Integration Experience – 5+ years of experience in SAP integration consulting and implementation is required. Your extensive experience should demonstrate progressive responsibility, successful project delivery, and deep technical expertise in SAP integration technologies.

Integration Tools Expertise – Strong hands-on experience with SAP integration tools is essential, including SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) / SAP Integration Suite, SAP Process Integration (PI) / Process Orchestration (PO), and SAP API Management / SAP Gateway / OData services. Proficiency with these platforms enables you to select appropriate technologies and implement effective integration solutions.
