Role Overview – Pracvya is hiring an SAP IT Recruiter for a fully remote, work-from-home position based in France. This position is ideal for experienced technical recruiters with strong SAP recruitment expertise, IT sourcing capabilities, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment for SAP professionals, build specialized talent pipelines, and support hiring needs within SAP consulting, implementation, and technology services.

SAP Recruitment and Talent Acquisition – You will manage SAP recruitment and talent acquisition by leading full-cycle recruitment for SAP roles (SAP consultants, developers, architects, functional specialists, technical specialists, project managers), developing recruitment strategies for SAP positions, understanding SAP modules and specializations, sourcing qualified SAP professionals across Europe, and ensuring timely hiring of quality SAP talent.

SAP Module and Role Expertise – You will develop SAP module and role expertise by understanding SAP ecosystems including ERP modules (SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Fiori), functional modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, SCM), technical roles (ABAP, Basis, BW/BI, HANA), cloud solutions (SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, SAP Concur), assessing candidate expertise in specific modules, and recruiting across diverse SAP specializations.

Sourcing and Headhunting Strategies – You will develop sourcing and headhunting strategies by utilizing multiple channels (LinkedIn, SAP professional networks, job boards, SAP user groups, employee referrals, social media), conducting proactive headhunting for specialized SAP roles, building talent pools for critical SAP positions, engaging passive candidates with niche SAP skills, and maintaining robust pipelines of SAP professionals.

Candidate Screening and Technical Assessment – You will screen and assess candidates by reviewing CVs for SAP certifications and experience, verifying SAP module expertise and project experience, conducting initial technical screening interviews, evaluating SAP implementation experience, assessing technical competencies and soft skills, coordinating technical assessments when needed, and ensuring candidates meet client requirements and project needs.

Client and Stakeholder Management – You will manage clients and stakeholders by engaging with SAP consulting firms, system integrators, end clients, and project managers, understanding project requirements and SAP skill needs, providing recruitment insights and market intelligence, advising on talent availability and hiring strategies, managing expectations, and maintaining strong client partnerships.
