Role Overview

Avanza Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior AI QA Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and reliability of AI-driven systems and applications. This role requires a strong understanding of software testing methodologies, artificial intelligence concepts, and the ability to validate complex machine learning models and data-driven solutions. The Senior AI QA Engineer will play a critical role in maintaining high-quality standards and supporting the successful deployment of AI-based products.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior AI QA Engineer, you will design and execute comprehensive testing strategies for AI and machine learning systems, ensuring accuracy, performance, and reliability. You will validate data pipelines, test model outputs, and identify inconsistencies or biases in AI systems. Collaborating with data scientists, developers, and product teams, you will ensure that testing processes align with business requirements and technical specifications. You will also automate testing processes where applicable, analyze system performance, and document test results to support continuous improvement. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying potential risks, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and contributing to the enhancement of QA methodologies for AI-driven solutions.

Requirements & Qualifications

Candidates should have proven experience in software quality assurance, with a strong focus on AI or machine learning systems. A solid understanding of testing methodologies, automation tools, and programming languages such as Python is essential. The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to evaluate complex data and system behaviors. Experience with AI model validation, data testing, and performance testing is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are critical. Knowledge of cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks will be considered an advantage.
