Role Overview – Candidzone is hiring a Senior Azure Repatriation Specialist for a full-time, remote position serving Qatar and international clients. This position is ideal for experienced Azure cloud professionals with strong migration expertise, repatriation knowledge, and the ability to plan and execute complex cloud repatriation projects effectively, manage technical migrations, ensure data integrity, minimize business disruption, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic IT consulting and cloud solutions organization.

Azure Repatriation Strategy and Planning – You will develop comprehensive repatriation strategies by analyzing cloud workloads, assessing migration requirements, and creating detailed repatriation plans. You will evaluate business drivers for repatriation, assess technical readibility, and recommend optimal migration approaches. You will design repatriation roadmaps supporting business objectives and technical constraints.

Workload Assessment and Analysis – You will assess Azure workloads by analyzing applications, databases, and infrastructure for repatriation suitability. You will evaluate performance requirements, dependency mapping, and compatibility with target environments. You should conduct thorough technical analysis informing repatriation decisions.

Data Migration Planning and Execution – You will plan data migration by designing data transfer strategies, establishing migration sequences, and managing data transfer. You will migrate databases, file systems, and storage ensuring data integrity and minimal downtime. You should execute reliable, efficient data migrations supporting business continuity.

Application Repatriation and Configuration – You will manage application repatriation by migrating applications from Azure to target environments, configuring functionality, and validating performance. You will coordinate application testing, manage configuration changes, and ensure application functionality. You should ensure successful application transition.

Infrastructure and Network Configuration – You will configure target infrastructure by designing network architecture, configuring systems, and establishing connectivity. You will manage on-premise or alternative cloud infrastructure supporting repatriated workloads. You should design robust infrastructure supporting application performance.
