Role Overview – AIM IT Services LLC is hiring a Senior ServiceNow CSM Consultant with 7+ years of experience for a contract position with our client TCS. This remote role is open to candidates based in the USA only (US Citizens or Green Card holders). This position is ideal for ServiceNow professionals with deep expertise in Customer Service Management who can design and implement comprehensive CSM solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business value.
CSM Solution Design and Implementation – You will design and implement ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions that meet client business requirements and industry best practices. Your responsibilities include architecting CSM modules, configuring functionalities, developing technical specifications, and ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
Integration Experience – Experience with integrations and APIs is essential. You must be skilled at developing REST and SOAP integrations, working with integration middleware, configuring inbound and outbound web services, and troubleshooting integration issues to ensure reliable system connectivity.
Certifications – ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CIS CSM (Certified Implementation Specialist for Customer Service Management) certifications are preferred and will be considered an advantage. These certifications demonstrate your validated expertise in ServiceNow platform administration and CSM implementation best practices.
Eligibility Requirements – This position is open to US contract candidates only. You must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder to be eligible for this role. Candidates on other visa types or work authorizations will not be considered due to client requirements.
