Role Overview – Aikya Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Sr React Developer for a full-time, remote position serving USA-based operations and international clients. This position is ideal for accomplished frontend engineers with strong React expertise, comprehensive JavaScript knowledge, and the ability to build sophisticated web applications effectively, lead technical initiatives, mentor developers, optimize performance, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic technology solutions organization.

React Application Development – You will develop sophisticated React applications by designing component hierarchies, implementing functionality, and building scalable solutions. You will create production-quality React code supporting complex business requirements. You should develop advanced React applications.

Component Architecture and Design – You will design component architectures by establishing reusable components, managing component relationships, and creating maintainable structures. You will establish patterns supporting scalability and code organization. You should design component systems effectively.

State Management Implementation – You will implement state management by selecting appropriate solutions, designing state structures, and managing application state. You will leverage Redux, Context API, or similar solutions appropriately. You should manage application state expertly.

Frontend Performance Optimization – You will optimize frontend performance by analyzing metrics, implementing optimizations, and improving load times. You will address bottlenecks and support fast user experience. You should optimize performance comprehensively.

JavaScript and ECMAScript Expertise – You will leverage JavaScript expertise by writing clean code, using modern features, and following best practices. You will master JavaScript fundamentals deeply. You should be expert JavaScript developer.

TypeScript Implementation – You will implement TypeScript by defining types, leveraging type safety, and ensuring code quality. You will use TypeScript supporting development efficiency and error prevention. You should be proficient with TypeScript.

CSS and Styling Expertise – You will implement styling by managing CSS effectively, using preprocessors, and ensuring responsive design. You will create visually appealing, functional interfaces. You should master CSS and styling approaches.
