Some Salesforce developers build solutions. Others build solutions that transform how institutions serve students, citizens, and communities. TechForce Services, an Australian Salesforce Summit Partner with over 450 successful projects delivered across higher education and public sector, is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer who understands that Education Cloud and Public Sector Solutions are not just modules. They are the systems that keep universities running and government services accessible.

This is a remote role for a developer who has spent at least five years in the Salesforce ecosystem and has deep hands-on experience with Education Cloud and PSS. You will design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions that support complex institutional workflows, from student recruitment and admissions to case management and citizen services. You will work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, build integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and External Services, and develop custom functionality using Apex, LWC, and Aura Components. You will also conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance to the team, and troubleshoot and optimise existing applications. Following Salesforce security, governance, and development best practices will be second nature to you.

The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Apex classes, triggers, batch, queueable, future, and scheduler, along with hands-on experience in LWC and Aura Components. You are comfortable with Salesforce Flows, validation rules, and approvals, and you understand the Salesforce security model including profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules. Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub or Bitbucket is essential. You are a problem solver who can work independently in a remote environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders across time zones. This is a full-time, remote position with Australia shift timings. Compensation is commensurate with experience. Immediate joiners are preferred.
