Role Overview – Manthrasoft Services Private Limited is looking for an experienced SAP Integration & AI Developer with 5+ years of experience to join our enterprise SAP landscape team remotely. This role is ideal for SAP professionals passionate about SAP integrations, SAP BTP, and embedding AI solutions into business processes including HR, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing Quality, working in an SAP Private Cloud environment with occasional on-site presence (up to 1 month) for key milestones.

SAP Integration Design and Management – You will design and manage integration between non-SAP systems and SAP core by architecting integration solutions, implementing connectivity, managing data flow, ensuring system interoperability, and creating seamless integration that connects external systems with the enterprise SAP landscape.

SAP Fiori Application Development – You will develop and maintain SAP Fiori applications with hands-on coding, creating user-friendly interfaces, implementing business logic, ensuring responsive design, and delivering modern user experiences that enhance SAP application usability.

SAP BTP Implementation – You will implement and operate solutions on SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) by leveraging Integration Suite, utilizing BTP services, building extensions, managing cloud deployments, and using BTP capabilities to enable integration, innovation, and AI embedding within SAP environments.

AI Assistant Embedding – You will embed AI assistants and AI agents into SAP business workflows across HR, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Quality, and other business processes. Your AI integration work enhances decision-making, automates tasks, and brings intelligent capabilities into SAP-driven operations.

AI Service Integration – You will connect AI services with SAP data and processes via BTP by implementing API connections, orchestrating data flows, enabling AI model consumption, and creating architectures where AI services enhance SAP business processes with intelligent capabilities.

Cost Optimization – You will contribute to cost optimization initiatives by designing efficient integrations, optimizing resource usage, improving system performance, and implementing solutions that reduce operational costs while maintaining service quality.

System Stability and Operations – You will support system stability including data recovery, batch jobs management, and system updates within SAP scope. Your operational support ensures reliable SAP operations, quick issue resolution, and minimal disruption to business processes.

SAP Private Cloud Experience – You will work within SAP Private Cloud environments, understanding private cloud architecture, deployment models, operational considerations, and how to effectively develop and integrate within private cloud SAP landscapes.

SAP Experience – 5+ years of SAP development and integration experience is required. Your substantial SAP background demonstrates deep expertise in SAP technologies, integration patterns, and enterprise SAP implementations.
