About the Role
Uplers is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for product and startup roles in a fully remote capacity. This senior-level position offers an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional with 3–7 years of experience to shape talent strategies and build high-performing teams for innovative companies. You'll be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance, partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand talent needs and role requirements, and developing targeted recruitment strategies for product, tech, and startup positions. Your role will involve sourcing top-tier candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and assessing candidates for cultural and technical fit. You'll coordinate interview processes with stakeholders, manage candidate experience throughout the hiring journey, and negotiate offers to close positions successfully. The ideal candidate understands the unique challenges of startup hiring, moves quickly in fast-paced environments, and has a proven track record of filling specialized product and technical roles.
What We're Looking For
We need a seasoned talent acquisition professional with 3–7 years of proven experience specifically in product and startup hiring. You must have strong expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation. Deep understanding of product roles (Product Managers, Designers, Analysts) and startup ecosystem dynamics is essential. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication and relationship-building skills to partner effectively with hiring managers and engage top talent. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools is required. You should have demonstrated ability to build strong talent pipelines, implement employer branding initiatives, and maintain a robust candidate network. Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and data-driven decision-making capabilities are crucial. Self-motivation, adaptability to changing priorities, and comfort working independently in a remote environment are essential. Experience with recruitment metrics, passive candidate sourcing, and startup culture will set you apart.
