Job Description

Role Overview – TeknoBit Solutions Inc is hiring a Senior Technical Support Engineer for a fully remote, work-from-home position based in the United States. This position is ideal for experienced technical support professionals with strong troubleshooting expertise, customer service excellence, and the ability to resolve complex technical issues, mentor junior engineers, and deliver exceptional support within a technology solutions environment.

Technical Support and Issue Resolution – You will provide advanced technical support and resolve complex issues by responding to customer tickets and inquiries, troubleshooting software and hardware problems, diagnosing system failures, analyzing error logs and diagnostics, resolving escalated technical issues, providing remote assistance, and ensuring timely, effective resolution of customer problems.

Customer Service and Communication – You will deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers professionally and empathetically, understanding their technical challenges, explaining solutions clearly in non-technical language, managing customer expectations, providing status updates, ensuring positive customer experiences, and building customer trust and satisfaction.

Incident and Case Management – You will manage incidents and cases by logging tickets in ticketing systems (Zendesk, ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk, or similar platforms), prioritizing issues based on severity and impact, tracking case progress, coordinating with internal teams, escalating when necessary, and ensuring timely case closure and customer resolution.

Product and System Expertise – You will develop and maintain product and system expertise by mastering company products, software applications, infrastructure components, staying current with product updates and releases, understanding product architectures, learning new features, and providing expert-level technical guidance to customers and colleagues.
