FR Consultancy is looking for an experienced and skilled ServiceNow Administrator to join their team on a full time remote basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong ServiceNow professional with solid expertise in ITSM module and ServiceNow Platform administration who is ready to contribute to a dynamic and growing technology consultancy.
In this role you will be responsible for administering and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, managing and configuring the ITSM module, supporting platform upgrades and enhancements, and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all ServiceNow operations. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and technical teams to deliver solutions that meet business requirements, troubleshoot platform issues, and continuously improve ServiceNow processes and workflows across the organization.
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in ServiceNow administration with strong hands on expertise in the ITSM module and ServiceNow Platform administration. A solid understanding of ServiceNow best practices, strong technical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment are essential qualities we are looking for. Experience in platform configuration, workflow management, and stakeholder engagement will set you apart as a candidate.
