Role Overview — ICS Global Soft is looking for a skilled Solix CDP Developer / Consultant to support the design, development, configuration, and implementation of data management and enterprise data solutions using the Solix Common Data Platform (CDP). The role will involve working with data ingestion, integration, metadata, data governance, workflows, and related platform capabilities while collaborating with technical and business teams. As a remote professional, the consultant will be expected to communicate clearly, manage assigned work independently, and contribute effectively to distributed project teams.

Solix CDP Development —

Design, configure, develop, and support solutions within the Solix Common Data Platform based on project requirements and business needs.

Data Ingestion & Integration — Work with data ingestion processes and integrations to bring information from different enterprise sources into the required Solix environments.

Data Management — Support the organization, processing, movement, and management of enterprise data while maintaining consistency and usability across connected systems.

Platform Configuration — Configure relevant Solix CDP components, workflows, rules, and platform features to support application and business requirements.

Data Governance Support — Contribute to data governance initiatives by supporting data classification, metadata management, data quality processes, and appropriate data-handling practices.

Metadata Management — Work with metadata structures and related information to improve data visibility, understanding, discovery, and management.

Workflow Development — Create and maintain workflows that support data-related processes, approvals, automation, and operational requirements.

Data Quality & Validation — Perform data validation and assist with identifying inconsistencies, duplication, missing information, or other data-quality issues.

Technical Analysis — Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into practical Solix CDP configurations and development solutions.

System Integration — Collaborate on integration requirements involving databases, enterprise applications, data sources, APIs, and other connected technologies where applicable.

Troubleshooting & Support — Investigate platform, integration, workflow, and data-related issues and work toward timely and reliable resolutions.

Performance & Optimization — Review existing implementations and identify opportunities to improve data-processing efficiency, platform performance, workflows, and overall solution effectiveness.

Documentation — Prepare and maintain technical documentation covering configurations, workflows, integrations, processes, implementation activities, and solution changes.

Testing & Deployment — Support development testing, system validation, defect resolution, deployment activities, and post-deployment verification.

Business & Technical Collaboration — Work closely with business stakeholders, data teams, developers, architects, and other project members to understand requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.

Project Coordination — Participate in project meetings, technical discussions, planning sessions, status updates, and other activities required to keep remote project work aligned.

Data Security & Responsible Handling — Follow established practices for secure data handling, access control, confidentiality, and responsible management of enterprise information.

Technical Problem Solving — Investigate complex data and platform challenges, evaluate possible solutions, and contribute practical recommendations to project teams.

Continuous Improvement — Stay engaged with Solix CDP capabilities and evolving data-management practices to identify opportunities for improving existing solutions and supporting future business needs.

Remote Collaboration — Communicate effectively with distributed teams, manage priorities independently, provide timely project updates, and maintain reliable coordination across different working schedules.
