Pine Services Group is recruiting on behalf of one of its Australian portfolio companies for a Support Consultant to join a growing client support team. Specialising in MYOB Acumatica and Microsoft Business Central and Wiise throughout Australia, this portfolio company helps businesses run better through expert ERP implementation and support services, and is growing rapidly. This is a fully remote, full-time role for an experienced ERP support professional who is ready to serve as a reliable first point of contact for client queries and issues while collaborating with senior technical team members on more complex escalations.

In this role, you will provide application support to clients via phone and email, utilising remote access technologies to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently. You will respond to how-to queries, analyse and fix data issues, troubleshoot software faults, and address technical problems with accuracy and professionalism. Scheduling and managing software and system upgrades for clients will also form part of your responsibilities, alongside developing form and report customisations to meet client-specific needs. You will escalate complex technical issues to the Senior Technical Team with clear context and documentation, and maintain accurate records of all support interactions and resolutions.

The ideal candidate brings a minimum of two years of experience supporting and/or implementing MYOB Acumatica or other ERP and accounting software, and candidates without prior ERP support experience will not be considered for this role. Accounting or Business qualifications, or demonstrated knowledge of accounting fundamentals and business processes, are required. You bring demonstrated experience with relational databases and report writing using Crystal Reports, MS Reports, or equivalent tools, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with MYOB Acumatica or other ERP systems in an implementation capacity, familiarity with payroll systems, experience in a business consulting or professional services environment, and advanced SQL skills including queries, triggers, and stored procedures are all considered strong advantages.
