Trust Industries, Egypt's largest automotive seats manufacturer and a family business since 1995, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who understands that finding the right people is the first step in building products that people depend on .

This is a role for someone who has recruited in the manufacturing sector and knows the difference between filling a vacancy and finding the right fit. You will manage the full recruitment cycle for both blue-collar and white-collar roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding. You will work closely with hiring managers across the company's two divisions, Trust Seats and Trust Medi, to understand their needs and build pipelines of qualified candidates . This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced industrial environment where your ability to coordinate multiple hires at once will directly support the company's growth .

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and one to three years of experience in Talent Acquisition within the manufacturing sector. You have proven experience in both blue-collar and white-collar recruitment, and you understand the full recruitment cycle. You are organised, communicative, and comfortable working with hiring managers at all levels. You are based in or willing to commute to El Khanka, Qalyubia.
