About the Role
COLAB PK is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our remote team and lead recruitment efforts for marketing roles during evening to late-night hours. This full-time remote position offers an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional to work on diverse hiring projects while enjoying the flexibility of working from home. You'll be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for marketing positions including Digital Marketers, Social Media Managers, Content Creators, SEO Specialists, and Marketing Managers, sourcing qualified candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and professional networks. Your role will involve screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and assessing candidates for both technical skills and cultural fit within marketing teams. You'll coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates, manage candidate pipelines and maintain organized records in applicant tracking systems, and provide excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. You'll partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies, negotiate offers and close positions successfully while meeting hiring targets and deadlines. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in marketing recruitment, understands various marketing roles and required skill sets, and excels at identifying top talent in a competitive market while working independently during night shift hours.
What We're Looking For
We need a talent acquisition professional with strong experience in hiring for marketing roles, demonstrating deep understanding of marketing functions, required skills, and industry trends. You must have proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation specifically for marketing positions. Excellent communication skills are absolutely essential for this role, as you'll need to engage candidates professionally, articulate role requirements clearly, and build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. The ideal candidate possesses strong interpersonal abilities, active listening skills, and the capacity to assess candidate fit effectively through structured conversations. You should be proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and various sourcing tools to identify and engage passive candidates. Experience with Boolean search, talent mapping, and building candidate pipelines is highly valued. You must be self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently during evening to late-night hours (5 PM to 2 AM) without direct supervision. Strong time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously are crucial. Understanding of marketing metrics, digital marketing trends, and the ability to speak the language of marketing professionals will set you apart in this role.
