This is a role for someone with at least three years of experience in calling, accounting, or recruitment processes, ideally within the Australian real estate or financial services sector. You will make outbound calls to prospective candidates or clients, explain opportunities, answer questions, and coordinate the next steps in the process. You will maintain accurate records of every call, follow up on leads, and ensure that communication is clear, professional, and timely. You will also work closely with the recruitment team to understand requirements and match them with the right people. If you are comfortable on the phone, organised in your follow-ups, and able to work independently in a remote environment, this role will suit you.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years of relevant experience, with familiarity in Tally or accounting processes. You have strong communication skills, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to manage multiple conversations without losing track of details. You are comfortable working remotely and can align your hours with Australian business needs.

This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates based in India. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
