Role Overview – Apex is hiring a UI/UX Designer for a full-time, remote position serving USA-based B2B solutions. This position is ideal for creative design professionals with strong user experience expertise, digital design proficiency, and the ability to design intuitive interfaces effectively, conduct user research, create compelling visuals, optimize user experiences, and contribute to product excellence within a dynamic technology and business solutions organization.

User Research and Discovery – You will conduct user research by gathering user insights, conducting interviews, analyzing user behavior, and identifying user needs. You will perform usability testing, create user personas, and develop deep understanding of target audiences. You will use research findings to inform design decisions and validate design concepts.

Wireframing and Prototyping – You will create wireframes and prototypes by sketching layouts, developing interactive prototypes, and testing design concepts. You will iterate on designs based on feedback, create high-fidelity prototypes, and document design specifications. You should demonstrate wireframing proficiency and rapid prototyping capability.

User Interface Design – You will design user interfaces by creating visual layouts, selecting typography, choosing color palettes, and designing interface elements. You will ensure visual consistency, maintain design systems, and create polished, professional interfaces. You should produce high-quality interface designs supporting usability.

User Experience Optimization – You will optimize user experiences by analyzing user flows, identifying friction points, and implementing improvements. You will conduct usability testing, analyze results, and iterate designs. You should focus on creating seamless, intuitive user experiences supporting user goals.
