US IT Recruitment – You will manage end-to-end recruitment for US IT positions including sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates in various technology roles. Understanding the US IT market, visa requirements, and client expectations is essential for success in this role.

Candidate Sourcing – Sourcing qualified IT professionals using LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search techniques, and professional networks will be a key responsibility. Building a strong pipeline of candidates across different technologies and skill sets is crucial.

Client Management – Working closely with US-based clients to understand their hiring needs, technical requirements, and cultural fit expectations. Maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and ensuring timely delivery of quality candidates.

Screening and Coordination – Conducting technical screenings, verifying candidate skills and experience, and coordinating interviews between candidates and clients. Managing the entire recruitment process from initial contact through offer negotiation and placement.

Experience Required – You should have 2-6 years of proven experience in US IT recruitment with a strong understanding of the US staffing industry. Knowledge of different visa types, contract structures (W2, C2C, 1099), and US employment practices is essential.

Remote Work Setup – This is a fully remote/work from home position offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with US clients from anywhere. Self-motivation, strong communication skills, and ability to manage your schedule effectively are crucial.
