This is a remote role for a developer who has moved past the basics and now enjoys the craft of building custom WordPress solutions. You will work with Elementor and Elementor Pro, build and extend custom themes and plugins, and use Advanced Custom Fields, custom post types, and Gutenberg to create flexible, maintainable content structures. You will take designs from Figma and turn them into responsive, cross-browser WordPress sites that are fast, accessible, and built to last. You will also be responsible for optimising website speed and Core Web Vitals, implementing SEO-friendly development practices, and integrating third-party APIs and plugins where needed.

The ideal candidate has two to three years of hands-on WordPress development experience, with strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills and a solid understanding of PHP and WordPress hooks. You have a sharp eye for detail, write clean code, and take genuine pride in troubleshooting and improving existing websites. You are comfortable working independently in a remote environment and can communicate clearly with a small, focused team.
