About the Role

Finsoul Network Global is seeking a skilled Web Developer to join our remote development team and build innovative, user-friendly websites and web applications. This full-time remote position offers an excellent opportunity for a web development professional to work on exciting projects using modern technologies. You'll be responsible for developing responsive, scalable websites and web applications, writing clean and efficient code following best practices, and implementing custom functionalities based on project requirements. Your role will involve collaborating with designers and digital teams to translate mockups into functional websites, troubleshooting technical issues and debugging code, optimizing website performance and loading speeds, and ensuring cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness. You'll integrate third-party APIs and services, maintain and update existing websites, and support overall digital growth initiatives through technical excellence. The ideal candidate is passionate about web technologies, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative remote environment.

What We're Looking For

We need a web development professional with proven experience in frontend and/or backend web development. You must be proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular for frontend development. Knowledge of backend technologies like PHP, Node.js, Python, or similar is valuable. Experience with Content Management Systems (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow), responsive design principles, and version control systems (Git) is essential. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, understands web standards and accessibility guidelines, and can work independently in a remote environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. You should be self-motivated, able to manage multiple projects, and deliver high-quality work within deadlines. A portfolio showcasing your web development projects and coding abilities is required for consideration.
