Wysele Technologies is hiring for an experienced SAP Payroll Consultant to join a global project team on a contract basis, and the team is looking to onboard the right candidate quickly. This is a fully remote opportunity for a senior SAP HCM professional with deep expertise in Australian and New Zealand payroll processes, offering the chance to contribute to a high-impact international engagement with a team that values technical excellence and delivery quality.

In this role, you will lead and support end-to-end SAP HCM payroll implementations with a strong focus on Australian payroll localisation and compliance. You will be responsible for managing positive and negative time management configurations, overseeing employee lifecycle management and payroll processing, and handling data migration and third-party vendor interface activities. You will prepare functional specifications, develop test scenarios and test scripts, and work closely with client teams to analyse requirements and translate them into well-structured functional and technical solutions. Contributing to SAP reporting and ad hoc query development will also form part of your responsibilities within the global delivery environment.

The ideal candidate brings eight to ten years of SAP HCM experience with a strong specialisation in Australian payroll and demonstrable hands-on experience with New Zealand payroll as well. A minimum of three end-to-end SAP HCM payroll implementations is required, along with solid knowledge of SAP standard business practices and HCM business processes. You should be confident in client-facing settings, skilled at stakeholder management, and experienced in working across global delivery teams. Strong documentation, requirement-gathering, and analytical capabilities are essential, as is the ability to recommend best-practice solutions that align with both client needs and SAP standards.
